Terms of Service — Claymark
These Terms of Service govern your use of Claymark, a free browser game. Last updated 6 August 2026. By playing Claymark you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Claymark is a free browser arcade tennis game provided as-is for entertainment. There are no accounts, no paid features, no in-app purchases, and no user-generated content features. You do not need to sign up or provide any personal information to play.
Intellectual property
The Claymark name, the game code, the visual design, the court geometry, the ball physics simulation, the AI opponent logic, the decal-buffer rendering system, the mark map format, the audio assets, and all other original content are the intellectual property of the AI Agency and its creators. The game is provided for you to play in your browser; you may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or host it elsewhere without permission.
The clay court surface palette, the generated handles, and the mark map images are original works. Tennis scoring terminology and the names of tennis surfaces (“clay”, “grass”, “hard court”) are generic descriptive terms owned by nobody.
No warranty
Claymark is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be available at all times, that it will run on every device, or that it is free of errors. The game is a browser application and its performance depends on your device, your browser, and your network connection — none of which we control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the AI Agency and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Claymark. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — whether from gameplay, the website being unavailable, data loss in your browser’s localStorage, or any other cause.
Claymark involves fast-moving visual content on a screen. Like any video game, play in a comfortable environment and take breaks. If you have a medical condition affected by screen use or flashing imagery, consult your doctor before playing.
Third-party services
Claymark displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics for visit measurement. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how these services handle data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of Claymark after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of Claymark shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
